As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I provide mental health counseling to support adults through emotional challenges, life transitions, old patterns and trauma that impact their well-being, connections, and ability to thrive. I approach therapy as a collaborative process and create a space for curiosity, wonder, and compassion so clients can reflect and grow in ways that are meaningful for them.

We can schedule a brief ten-minute phone consultation so you tell me what you’re looking for from counseling, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work. If I’m not the right counselor for you, I’ll do my best to connect you with a therapist who is.
Group Counseling
What a relief it can be to find out other people struggle in the same way we do! In group counseling I’ll offer a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences with others who have similar stories, gain insight from multiple perspectives, feel empowered, build camaraderie and accountability, and feel a greater sense of belonging.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative approach to therapy using bilateral stimulation. Initially developed to address PTSD and unresolved trauma, EMDR has since been used effectively to treat anxiety, addictions, compulsive behaviors, depression, and other unprocessed emotions. We can discuss whether EMDR is right for you.
Individual Counseling
Therapy can be daunting, but I believe it doesn’t have to be. I offer a space that’s safe enough to invite reflection, honesty, insight, and compassion. I’ll support you in making meaningful changes that feel right for you. We’ll search with curiosity about what a future version of you could become. The hardest part is making the commitment to show up.
